Couple of things from my observations:1. Software is crap - works and not, took hour to see any graph working.
2. Software translations are crappier than software. Some parts still in chinise.
3. There is a CD that I do not have CD reader in my laptop. where is download link? or usb flash drive?
4. Test signal is not squere signal ( rather random signal ). Cannot compesate it as in manual. 1khz looks like 1.42khz really with not a squere characteristics. - need investigate here, I suspect test signal could be crap or device.
5. Software works only with windows 7 compatibility mode. ( took a while to find why this was not working)
6. There are two USB plugs - so it is not like on picture. My laptop has only two USB ports and they are oppositie sides so cable is not long enough - using only one. and manual says nothing about it. so unsure if this is required or not.
7. There are only 2 channels not 8 as advertised.
8. Cannot find signal generator online in UK for this.
It was a first day - so no proper measurments has been done yet. So far it is not ideal but somthing is working.
